Ingredients

  • 3 mashed VERY ripe bananas
  • 150 grams Bob's Red Mill unbleached white all purpose flour
  • 1 egg (organic)
  • 1/2 cup milk (better organic)
  • 50 grams butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

  • 1Preheat the oven to 180 C.
  • 2Mix flour with baking soda in the bowl and add butter (mashed with fork).
  • 3Mix milk and egg in separate bowl, add sugar, salt and vanilla extract.
  • 4Now mix everything in one bowl adding bananas (mashed with fork)
  • 5Pour into baking pan your dough. Bake 45 mins.

I would like to try the soft banana bread, but can I use any type of flour??we do not have Bobs Red Mill in my country (Greece)

Hello Melina, yes of course you can use any brand of white flour.
