Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 cup lentil
  • Half cup Rice or Burghol or Quinoa
  • Salf 1 tbs
  • Vegetable oil 2 tbs

Directions

  • 1Start by cutting the onion into small pieces
  • 2Put the oil in a small pan and add the onion until yellow
  • 3Add lentil to the onion
  • 4Add 3 cups of water and wait to boil on high heat than keep for 15 min on low heat
  • 5Add the rice or Burghol or Quinoa with 1 cup of water and keep on low heat for another 15 min
  • 6Add salt and eat SAHTEIN
  • 7Tips: u can add onion chips on top. May serve with green salad delicious.
