Ingredients

  • cottage cheese/paneer -250g
  • chopped onion-1large
  • chopped tomato-1medium
  • edible oil -1tablespoon
  • salt as per taste
  • black pepper powder-a pinch
  • turmeric powder -a pinch
  • coriander powder -a pinch
  • red chill according to ur taste
  • red tomato ketchup
  • green chillies
  • white flour kneaded into dough
  • ginger garlic paste

Directions

  • 1first of all take any pan and heat up the oil
  • 2put the onions,ginger garlic paste,saute them till little brown..should be done on medium flame.
  • 3then add tomatoes,saute till properly mixed with onions and partly cooked
  • 4put the turmeric and mix well till yellowish mixture,cook for 1-2min
  • 5add salt and all spices and mix well and cook for another 1min
  • 6add grated paneer and mix well. Cook for a min and then keep aside for cooling
  • 7Now make small dough balls n make small flat discs out of them
  • 8put a spoon of cooled mix on each disc and fold them from sides like a potli as in picture
  • 9now take a large pan,boil water upto half level, take a steel sieve abd keep the prepared potlis onto it then fit the sieve on the hot boil water pan.cover with a lid
  • 10let the momos steamed for about 10min on medium flame and tgen serve with green chilley chutney and tomato ketchup
