This was a very sweet jam. This was my firsttime making jam and it turned or sussesfully. With this jam filling there is biscuits.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh raspberry
  • 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp of powdered fruit pectin
  • 1 cup of sugar

Directions

  • 1Mash the berries; transfer to a dutch oven. (We didn't put the jam in a dutch oven just an a regular oven). Add lemon juice; stir in pectin. Being to a full rolling over high heat, strong constantly
  • 2Stir in sugar, return a full ing boil.Boil for 1 minute,strong constantly. Remove from the heat; skim of foam. Ladle input jars or freezer containers and cool to room temperature, about 1 hour.
  • 3Cover and let stand over night or until set,but no longer than 24 hours. Refrigeratefor up to 3 weeks or freeze up t 12 months.
