Rice roll was very trick, because of the spicy sauce. The rice paper  takes about  one minute and sometimes it can get soggy because of the temperature of the water. It really depends on the temp. Check it often when you are socking the rice paper. It turned out that we had lot of onions in it so we had onion breath.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 Chopped cabbage
  • 1/2 tablespoon cilantro
  • 1 medium carriot
  • Half of a zucchini shredded

Directions

  • 1First get a pot of cold or warm water and set it aside for you rice paper.
  • 2Chop all you vegetables, then put your rice paper in the pot of water and wait for a minute. After that then you put all you vegetables in it and fold it (I folded it like an egg roll style.)
