Very good but there to much juice in there so the cornbread go soggy. It turned out and stilled good to.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup of chedder
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1 can of chopped green chiles drained
- 1 box of jeffry corn mix
- 1 can of corn
- 1 can of blaxk beans
- 1 lb of ground beef
Directions
- 1Preheat oven to 400
- 2Pour in the mixture into a backing dish with the corn in it and put in the oven for 15 to 20 mins.
- 3Cook off all the other ingredients and drain the juice the best you after it is done cooking.
- 4After the cornbread is ready then put all the cooked on top with cheese on top. Bake for 15 mins
