this is my favorite Ramadan snack and it comes in handy with little ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 2 medium size onions
  • 3 medium size hot pepper (capsicum chinense)
  • oil for frying
  • sugar to taste
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon yeast

Directions

  • 1make the yeast salt and flour together. then grind the onions and pepper and add to the mixture and add water bit by bit until you get a mixture that sticks to your hand. cover and set aside for about 4 hours or until the dough is well risen.
  • 2heat oil in a sauce pan. fetch the dough bit by bit while creating holes in the middle of the portion in your four fingers with your tomb and drop into the hot oil. allow to fry until golden but not brown. repeat until all the dough is finished.
  • 3garnish with a sprinkle of sugar. voila!!! your pincasoo is ready.
