This recipe is like Thanksgiving all rolled into a cutlet!!  You don't have to wait until november to get a taste of a delicious thanksgiving meal and let's face sometimes that whole turkey can come out dry and you don't have to worry about that here in this recipe we'll be using cutlets. The best part is you won't have to spend all day cooking it either.

First you'll take turkey cutlets and pound them out until they are about 1/4 inch thick, then stuff them with stuffing, apples and raisins next we'll roll them up and brown them in a saute pan until golden brown and of course you can't have turkey without a gravy; we'll make a homemade gravy in the same pan that won't take more than a few minutes but will taste delicious, pop it in the oven for 10 minutes and you'll be set to sit down enjoy the taste of thanksgiving without having to wait till november and not spending the entire day over the stove.
