 Its summer season and the best part of this season is the mangoes and the cherries, which i keep waiting for. Other than the numerous benefits of the cherry fruit ,Cherries contain a hormone called melatonin which facilitates good, peaceful sleep. Its always best to eat the fruits just like that but many times when we have abundance of it , i love to try juices from it. Do try this lovely smoothie to quench your thrist.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Dark cherries pitted
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 cup milk
  • Sugar 2 tbsp or more

Directions

  • 1Blend all the above ingredients in a mixer blend it till well incorporated. Adjust the sweetness level according to your requirements. Enjoy chilled.
