Hummus is a dip, spread, or savory dish made from cooked, mashed chickpeas blended with tahini, lemon juice, and garlic. It is popular in the Middle East and in Middle Eastern cuisine around the globe. Which is served with pita bread. I have given a twist for this dip by making it chunky by adding finely chopped capsicum and olives do try this highly nutritious dip and enjoy.
- Boiled chickpeas 2 cups
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Tahina paste 3 tbsp
- Paprika powder 1tsp (optional)
