Peanuts also known as groundnuts are a favourite pass time snack amongst most of us specially in my house. After returning back from work my husband loves to open the jar of peanuts and keep munching them he just loves them . We bring peanuts and roast them in the airfryer and store it in a glass airtight jar which keeps its crunchy for a long time . 

Today im sharing this peanut chaat which i have made many times earlier because that is one way i can feed my kids too with this nutri rich nut which is loaded with vitamins and minerals . Its very easy to make for those small hunger cravings or evening snacks . Do try and give me a feed back..

Ingredients

  • Half a cup roasted peanuts
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 1 small tomato finely chopped
  • 1 cucumber finely chopped
  • Coriander leaves finely chopped 4 tbsp
  • Red Chilli powder half tsp or as per your taste
  • Green chilies finely chopped 1
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • salt to taste
  • Chaat masala 1tsp
  • Sev to garnish

Directions

  • 1In a mixing bowl add onion, cucumber, tomato , green chilli and coriander leaves
    Add roasted peanuts followed by salt, chilly powder and chaat masala.
    Sprinkle lemon juice on top.
    Finally put this in a serving plate and garnish on top with sev.
    Serve immediately and enjoy the fresh crunchy chaat .
