Ingredients

  • 8 medium peeled potatoes
  • 1 cup cooked shredded chicken breast
  • 1 1/2 cup chicken stock
  • 1 cup full cream milk
  • 1 chili pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 inch peeled ginger

Directions

  • 1Boil potatoes, drain and blend with milk, ginger, garlic and pepper until smooth and creamy.
  • 2Return the mixture to the pot, add chicken stock and shredded chicken, cover and let cook on very low heat for some few minutes.
  • 3Remove from heat and serve immediately
