Ingredients
- 8 medium peeled potatoes
- 1 cup cooked shredded chicken breast
- 1 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 1 cup full cream milk
- 1 chili pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 inch peeled ginger
Directions
- 1Boil potatoes, drain and blend with milk, ginger, garlic and pepper until smooth and creamy.
- 2Return the mixture to the pot, add chicken stock and shredded chicken, cover and let cook on very low heat for some few minutes.
- 3Remove from heat and serve immediately
