Ingredients
- 1 medium onion
- 1 cup lentil
- Half cup Rice or Burghol or Quinoa
- Salf 1 tbs
- Vegetable oil 2 tbs
Directions
- 1Start by cutting the onion into small pieces
- 2Put the oil in a small pan and add the onion until yellow
- 3Add lentil to the onion
- 4Add 3 cups of water and wait to boil on high heat than keep for 15 min on low heat
- 5Add the rice or Burghol or Quinoa with 1 cup of water and keep on low heat for another 15 min
- 6Add salt and eat SAHTEIN
- 7Tips: u can add onion chips on top. May serve with green salad delicious.
