- apples - cored and sliced
- cream cheese
- cinnamon powder
Directions
- 1Preheat oven
- 2Was cut and thinly slice apples
- 3Roll out pastry, cut circles and line muffin tray then spread a layer of cream cheese
- 4Then place apples an a rose pattern with a thin cheese layer in between
- 5Then bake for 30 to 40 minutes in preheated oven on 220
- 6Mix sugar and cinnamon powder n sprinkle when cooled
- 7Serve with ice cream
