Ingredients
- Eggs (2 Large)
- Edam Cheese (1/4 cup-Thinly Shredded)
- Almond Milk (1/3 Cup)
Directions
- 1Preheat a lightly greased or non-stick skillet, keep on medium heat.
- 2In a deep dish or bowl pour the milk, then add the 2 eggs. Do not whisk! Next, empty this mix in the preheated skillet. Watch for the mix to begin cooking(about 2-3 minutes). With a fork or whisk, gently move the mix around the skillet until it is completely cooked (about 2-3 minutes).
- 3Last, add the shredded cheese, slowly incorporating it into the cooked egg mix.(30 seconds)
