Ingredients

  • 2 slices white bread
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 2 slices smoked salmon
  • 2 tbsp goat chease
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp flax seed or sesame sead

Directions

  • 1Take the two slices of multi-grain bread and remove the side crust with a knife
  • 2With a rolling pin flatten the bread
  • 3Spread the goat cheese on the bread
  • 4Add smoked salmon and slice of avocado
  • 5Slowly roll the bread slices in order to obtain a nice roll
  • 6Add mayonnaise on top of roll, and cover with flax seeds
  • 7Using a sharp knife slice it
  • 8Done! Enjoy.
