Pancakes with beef stirfry

Ingredients

  • 1 and half cups of milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar
  • 2 cups self raising flour
  • Butter
  • Onions(Julienned)
  • Red Bell pepper(Julienned)
  • Green Pepper(Julienned)
  • Red Onions(Julienned)
  • Chopped Beef
  • Curry
  • Thyme
  • Bouillon Cubes
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • 1Whisk milk and egg in a bowl . Make a well in center.
  • 2Pour flour into a bowl and stir in sugar.
  • 3Make a well in center and pour in milk and egg mixture.
  • 4Mix until properly combined.
  • 5Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat and brush pan with butter.
  • 6Scoop mixture into pan and allow to cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until bubbles begin to appear on surface.
  • 7Turn and cook for 3 minutes or until thoroughly cooked. Transfer to a plate.
  • 8Repeat with remaining mixture, brushing pan with butter between batches.
  • 9Heat vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat. and add broccoli, bell pepper, carrots, green onion, and garlic to the center of the wok.
  • 10Cook and stir beef for 3 to 4 minutes until browned
  • 11Move beef to the side of the wok and add sliced onions, green pepper and red bell pepper .
  • 12Add curry , thyme ,bouillon cubes and salt. Cook and stir vegetables for 2 minutes.
  • 13Stir beef into vegetables and continue to cook and stir until vegetables are tender.
  • 14Serve and Enjoy
