Ingredients
- 1 and half cups of milk
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 cups self raising flour
- Butter
- Onions(Julienned)
- Red Bell pepper(Julienned)
- Green Pepper(Julienned)
- Red Onions(Julienned)
- Chopped Beef
- Curry
- Thyme
- Bouillon Cubes
- Salt to taste
Directions
- 1Whisk milk and egg in a bowl . Make a well in center.
- 2Pour flour into a bowl and stir in sugar.
- 3Make a well in center and pour in milk and egg mixture.
- 4Mix until properly combined.
- 5Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat and brush pan with butter.
- 6Scoop mixture into pan and allow to cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until bubbles begin to appear on surface.
- 7Turn and cook for 3 minutes or until thoroughly cooked. Transfer to a plate.
- 8Repeat with remaining mixture, brushing pan with butter between batches.
- 9Heat vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat. and add broccoli, bell pepper, carrots, green onion, and garlic to the center of the wok.
- 10Cook and stir beef for 3 to 4 minutes until browned
- 11Move beef to the side of the wok and add sliced onions, green pepper and red bell pepper .
- 12Add curry , thyme ,bouillon cubes and salt. Cook and stir vegetables for 2 minutes.
- 13Stir beef into vegetables and continue to cook and stir until vegetables are tender.
- 14Serve and Enjoy
