Unflavored Gelatin

1 packet Knox unflavored gelatin, 4 - 6 limes to make ½ cup lime juice plus zest (see instructions),

1 large 6-ounce package orange jello, 1 large 6-ounce package grape jello, 1 small 3-ounce

4 T water, 1 T unflavored gelatin, 1 vanilla bean, split, 4 c whipping cream, 2½ cups Greek

2 T water, 1½ t unflavored gelatin, 1 vanilla bean, 2 cups whipping cream, divided, 1¼ cup g
