Ingredients

  • Marinade Ingredients
  • 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Cup Ranch Dressing (See Recipe)
  • 3T Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1T Minced Fresh Rosemary
  • 2t Salt
  • 1t Lemon Juice
  • 1t White Vinegar
  • A Pinch of Ground Black Pepper (Or To Taste)
  • 1T White Sugar
  • Meat
  • 5 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, Halved and Cut Into 3cm Cubes

Directions

  • 1Combine all the ingredients for the marinade.
  • 2Add chicken and stir to ensure thorough coating. Cover and refigerate for 30 minutes.
  • 3For chicken cubes: Remove chicken from marinade, discard marinade. Fry cubes in a pan for 8 - 12 minutes, or until centres are no longer pink.
  • 4For kebabs: Thread cubes onto skewers, discard marinade. Grill over medium coals.
