So spicy hot and crunchy... ideal for parties and "drink-ups"
Ingredients
- half pound of Chicken
- 1 pack of Sausages
- Powdered pepper
- Curry powder
- Ginger
- 2bulbs of Onion
- Garlic
- Maggie Cube
- Oil
- Salt
Directions
- 1Cut and wash chicken well to drain the plasma and rinse your sausages
- 2Grind onion, garlic and ginger.
- 3Spice the chicken with your grinned onion, garlic, ginger, pepper, cube, little salt and curry powder add little or no water
- 4Steam your chicken with sliced onions with the sausages on top of it for about 20min depending on the hotness of fire till the chicken becomes tender
- 5Heat oil on fire for shallow frying
- 6Slice your sausages, spice your chicken with pepper and fry till golden brown and crisp followed by the sausages for about 1(1/2)min, drain the oil and allow to cool
