- Marinade Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
- 1/2 Cup Ranch Dressing (See Recipe)
- 3T Worcestershire Sauce
- 1T Minced Fresh Rosemary
- 2t Salt
- 1t Lemon Juice
- 1t White Vinegar
- A Pinch of Ground Black Pepper (Or To Taste)
- 1T White Sugar
- Meat
- 5 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, Halved and Cut Into 3cm Cubes
Directions
- 1Combine all the ingredients for the marinade.
- 2Add chicken and stir to ensure thorough coating. Cover and refigerate for 30 minutes.
- 3For chicken cubes: Remove chicken from marinade, discard marinade. Fry cubes in a pan for 8 - 12 minutes, or until centres are no longer pink.
- 4For kebabs: Thread cubes onto skewers, discard marinade. Grill over medium coals.
