Ingredients
- 250g butter
- 200g all purpose flour
- 220g sugar
- 1/2 tbsp baking powder
- 4eggs
- 1tbsp vanilla
Directions
- 1beat in the butter and the sugar until fluffy about 5-6mins
- 2add in the eggs one at a time and beat each of them for about 1 mins add in the vanila along
- 3dry ingredient:- sift the flour and the baking powder
mix the dry ingredient into wet into 3 potions - 4add in 1tbsp of milk if the batter is too tight (optional)
- 5preheat the oven at 200C for about 10 minutes, and turn the temperature for 180c.
- 6line in the cupcake pan and scoop in the batter. bake for about 25-30mins
- 7let it completely cool and serve with iced butter cream (recipe soon) and ENJOY ♥️
