Ingredients
- 5kg lamb knuckles
- 2 large carrots
- 1 bunch celery chopped

- 1On the medium size pot add 3 tbsp of canola olive oil, heat the pot for 45 seconds then add carrot,celery,union and leeks,
- 2Braise the vegetables for 5 minutes until golden brown and your spices
