Ingredients

  • 250g of mussels ;500g prawns
  • 3kg of kingklip portions
  • 1large carrots .celery2sticks and 3 sticks of leeks 1 bulb onions chopped .bulb garlic chopped

Directions

  • 12.5 litres of fish stock
  • 2Braise all vegetables with little oil.
  • 3Add fish stock then reduce until the fish is tender seasoning fish spice and salt white pepper
  • 4Serve with plain rice
