This is one of the most flavorful and aromatic Indian appetizer. And it is very easy to make.
Ingredients
- 250g boneless and skinless chicken
- 1 tablespoons curd
- 2 cups butter or ghee
- 2 cups vegetables oil
- 2 tablespoons corn flour
- 1 teaspoon green or red chili paste
- 1 teaspoons ginger paste
- 8 cloves garlic paste
- 1 teaspoons black pepper
- 1 teaspoons vinegar
- Salt
Directions
- 1Mixed the cornflour in 1 cup of water and keep the mixture aside. Clean the chicken in water and cut into small size, and remove bone.
- 2Marinate with vinegar, black pepper and for about 15 minutes. Add cornflour mixer, ginger paste, green or red chili paste, garlic paste and black pepper. Add butter or ghee and refrigerator for at least 8 hours.
- 3Melt the oil in a pan. After add the chicken pieces in high heat. Fry until chicken pieces turn into brown color. And serve warm chicken kebab with sauces or salad.
