Fried rice is a best homemade food, because, it is healthy, delicious and easy to make. Fried rice is popular recipes in the world. Every family is like to eat it. So, I try to share this recipe with you.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups uncooked rice
- 3 eggs (beaten)
- 1 cup diced meat (beef, chicken and pork)
- 1 cup vegetables (you can use any vegetables)
- 2 green onions (chopped)
- 1 ½ cups water
- 3 tablespoons vegetables oil
- 4 tablespoons soya sauce
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 10 ounce green peas (thawed)
Directions
- 1Heat 1 tablespoons vegetables oil over the medium heat.
- 2Add the eggs and green onions, and cooks until they are lightly browned.
- 3Stir in the vegetables, meat, rice, ground black pepper and remaining oil. Increase heat lightly and cook until the rice is crispy or for about five minutes. Mix soya sauce along water in another bowl. And pour this mixer over the rice.
- 4Continue cooking until the rice has absorbed all the liquid, and stirring it occasionally.
