When your hubby is on a diet and your craving for something sweet you need to have a few handy recipes that are quick and easy. I created this for those who are in the same situation. Trust me this tri colored bread pudding will be a winner among kids.
My son just finished it and I need to find something else to eat.
Ingredients
- 1 slice bread
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 egg
- A drop of red food color
- A drop of blue food color
- A drop of green food color
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
Directions
- 1Add the milk and egg to a bowl and beat well
- 2Stir in the sugar and mix
- 3In a seperate plate crumble the bread
- 4Divide into 3 and color each part Separate with the 3 drops of food color
- 5Arrange the bread in the cup in 3 lines
- 6Slowly pour the milk mixture
- 7Leave for 5 minutes over the counter
- 8Cook in the microwave for 3 minutes on 30 power
- 9Cool and serve warm
