Ingredients
- 1 (8oz.) package Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- 1 Cup Smoked Salmon (Lox), chopped
- 1 Tbsp Capers, chopped
- 1 Tbsp Red Onions, chopped
- Crackers or sliced baguette or sliced cucumbers
Directions
- 1At room temperature, place cream cheese in a medium bowl. Whip it with a hand mixer. If you don't have one, just aerate it with a fork to make it a bit fluffy.
- 2Toss in the smoked salmon, capers and red onions and mix well.
- 3Put a dollop on your crackers or cucumbers or sliced baguette and serve on a decorative platter.
- 4Garnish with half a caper, a parsley or alfalfa.
