This is one of my overall favorite cookie recipes ever. The dough is also one of my favorites ever, you can replace most of the ingredients if you also want to.
In you use 1/2 a cup of Applesauce for each eggs.
You can also use 1/2 a cup of Coconut Oil for each of Butter used in the recipe.
Even with these new ingredients you will get the same result and if anything it tastes better. And you can eat the dough, which is my favorite part.
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Cup Butter, Softened
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 2 Eggs
- 4 Cups Honey Nut Cheerios
- 1 Cup Oats
- 2 Cups Flour
- 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Cup Coconut
Directions
- 1Cream butter with sugars, vanilla and eggs.
- 2Blend in flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
- 3Mix in oats, Cheerios, walnuts and coconut.
- 4Drop by spoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
