This is amazing and it should be at the top of your try list so try it.
Ingredients
- 6 ounces plain or vanilla coconut yogurt or other yogurt of choice
- 2 small ripe mangoes, cubed
- 2 Tbs coconut cream (or substitute full-fat coconut milk)
- 2-3 Tbsp unsweetened plain almond milk or DIY Almond Milk
- 1/8 - 1/4 tsp cardamom, to taste
- 1-2 Tbsp maple syrup or coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup ice cubes
- 1 sprig of fresh mint, for garnish
Directions
- 1Add all of the ingredients to the bowl of a blender and blend until creamy and smooth. Add more almond milk if the ingredients aren't blending together well.
- 2Taste and adjust the flavor as needed, then divide between two glasses, garnish with mint (optional), and serve.
- 3Store the leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 2 days (or freeze into popsicles). Best when fresh.
