tired of sad looking bananas? don't dispose ! use them to make this delicious sweet, moist and very easy to make banana cake
Ingredients
- 150 grams golden caster sugar
- 110 ml sunflower oil
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- i cluster ripe bananas
- 4 eggs
Directions
- 1preheat oven to 170C
- 2mash bananas and combine with the sugar..
N.b.don't blend - 3add the other ingredients and mix well
- 4pour into tin lined with baking parchment
- 5Bake for approx 45 mins until firm to the touch
- 6cool in the tin for approx 10 mins before serving
