being the first time i used the cheapest pork around hence looking so fatty...
..There’s really not much that can perfectly describe these until you eat them.
Ingredients
- 5tblspns soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic powder
- 5 tblspoons apple cider vinegar
- 1tblspn black pepper
- 1 onion
- 2tblspns cinamon
- 1fresh ginger
- 2kgs fresh chopped pork ribs
Directions
- 1Boil pork ribs for 30 minutes with cinnamon and ginger and water till tenderish.
- 2drain the water add paste and other spices
- 3in a smoked banana leaf wrap the pork mixed with the rest of the spices..
- 4put the wrapped pork in foil and bake for 30 minutes..
