Ingredients
- Sticky noodles, your meats, or seafoods.
- Veggies: I usually use Chinese broccoli or bok chuy also carrots.
- 2 scrambles eggs, chicken flavoring, oyster sauce, garlic, water and corn starch
Directions
- 1Prep your proteins or seafood. Slice veggies. Minced 2-3 cloves of garlics.
- 2Sticky noodles do not boil in water. In a different pan scramble egg, set aside til noodles are finish.
- 3I use a wok to cook this dish. 2 teaspoon of vegetable oil, cook you proteins add chicken flavor an then add in veggies then your garlic and veggies mix all ingredients together.
- 4Add sticky noodles along with oyster sauce and a few teaspoon of soy sauce add a lil water.
- 5With a small bowl add corn starch with water. Add however much water an corn starch you want. The more liquid the more sauce you'll get from the noodles. I like my with a lot of sauce. Last mix in your scramble eggs.
- 6Mix it in with the noodles stir til it's a lil thick. All done. Serve an eat. Enjoy hope you like my recipes. Thank
