It's a Vietnamese manh bi. But with a twist of my own ingredients. 

Ingredients

  • Chicken, or pork marinate over night or few hours.
  • Ginger, garlic, water, vinegar, low sodium soy sauce
  • Brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper

Directions

  • 1Chop the size you want for your sandwich. Choose chicken or pork you can also use beef. In a large bowl combine water, vinegar, soy sauce and 1 1/2 teaspoon of sesame oil let it sit for 1-2 mins.
  • 2Mince game I and ginger add them to the wet ingredients along with garlic and onion powder
  • 3Add all ingredients to your protein. Let it marinate for a few hours or over night.
  • 4Vegetables topping. Add a cup of sugar, water, vinegar and salt. Taste how you want it to be. Chop or shredded Carrots with daikon. Add to wet ingredients. Let it sit in frig for a few hours.
  • 5Time to make sandwich. Get bread from any deli or super market. French bread.
  • 6I use mayo an siracha for the bread spread. Cook meat in pan. Add pickles veggies an cilantro.
  • 7Slice of jalepenos. Enjoy. Thank you
