Ingredients
- 2 pieces banana heart (puso ng saging) 4 cups water 2 tbsp. fish paste (bagoong)
- ½ cup vinegar 3 tbsp cooking oil 5 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 medium onion, chopped 2 tbsp chopped ginger
Directions
- 1Chop the banana heart then soak in water for an hour. Squeeze out the water from the chopped banana heart then place pieces in a bowl. Add fish paste and vinegar.
- 2In a pan or wok, heat cooking oil then sauté the garlic and chopped oni
- 3Transfer to a platter and serve immediately.
