Kids are fond of eating noodle. I just made it extra crunchier for presenting a different taste to your kids! Adding chicken pieces along with egg, delivers a great taste! So what are you waiting for? Just try it out.
Boil water in a pan and cook the noodles with required salt. Make sure to drain the water once it is cooked.
Heat a teaspoon of oil in a pan and scramble the beaten egg. Add salt and pepper powder while beating the egg.
Heat oil in a pan and saute finely chopped garlic. Then add lengthwise cut 1/2 an onion.
Cut the required vegetables such as carrot, capsicum, cabbage lengthwise and saute them. Add salt and garam masala as well. Sprinkle a few drops of water and let it cook for a minute.
Add the cooked noodles & chopped spring onions and mix well.
Finely Chop 1/2 an onion and sprinkle corn flour and salt over it. Deep fry them and strain the oil. Make sure not to over fry, as it gives a taste of bitterness.
Serve the noodles in a bowl with crunchy onion toppings!

- Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
- Egg - 1 no
- Spring Onion - a strip
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Cabbage - 100 gms
- Carrot - 50 gms
- Capsicum - 50 gms

- Oil - 3 tablespoon for the noodle; 100ml to fry onion.

- Corn flour - 1 teaspoon
