Oats is best suited for those who has higher cholesterol levels. When it is taken with vegetables, it provides us nutrients as well. It can even be served with fruits of our choice.
Ingredients
- Oats - 5 Tables spoon
- Carrot (chopped) - 1/2 or 1 small
- Beans (chopped) - 4 no
- Small onion (chopped) - 6 no
- Garlic (peeled and cut into 2 or 3 pieces) - 6 cloves
- Salt - to taste
- Water - 300 ml
- Corriander leaves - for flavour
- Oil - 1 Teaspoon
Directions
- 1Heat the oil in the pan and sauté onion, garlic, carrot and beans.
- 2Add salt and water.
- 3Once the water starts boiling add oats and allow it boil for 2 minutes.
- 4Garnish it with coriander leaves.
