I am sharing you my favorite baked burger patty recipe! Although its kinda plain to look at, I am 100% sure that this one is delicious.
I'm not into adding cheese, tomatoes or bacon in my burger. What I like is, my burger patty should be meaty and veggie-full. If you have read some of my recipes, I always add extra veggies on them. Because, why not? It is healthier and more delicious! So, I hope you'll enjoy this one as much as I do. Cooking tips were written along the directions. Happy cooking!
Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground pork
- 1 1/2 cup carrots, minced
- 1 onion, minced
- 2 eggs
- 3 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup celery, minced
- 1/2 cup potatoes, minced
- 1 tsp salt
Directions
- 1Pre - heat oven to 375F.
- 2In a bowl, combine all the ingredients. Mix well. It is better if you have a meat mixer to make sure that it is mixed well and homogenized. If you don't have you can use a blender instead.
- 3Grease an aluminum foil with oil or butter (butter, tastes better!). Then, place it in a baking tray.
- 4Scoop 1/2 cup of the meat mixture and mold into a ball. Press lightly to flatten. Arrange it in the aluminum foil and grease the top part of the flatten meat mixture.
- 5Bake for 30 minutes.
- 6Remove in the oven. Place it into burger buns and put on your favorite sauce. Enjoy eating!
