I live in a dessert but it's one of the best countries in the world. Yea, still I crave for dessert no matter how much of baklavas and basaboosahs I eat there is always room for a light and creamy dessert. When I say light and creamy it's the mousses that win my heart. Yes, mousse is something very easy to make but it takes a few hours to set. Maybe 1 hour if you use more gelatine. Well to be honest when thinking of the eggs whipping part am not a big fan of making desserts so I keep inventing. Am always researching what is the best way to make mousse without eggs. Hahaha am not vegan nor am I lazy but I prefer a simple recipe than complicated. Well please dont take me wrong mousse is just a delicious dessert that deserves a place in every kitchen but now with 2 kids am really pushed for time and quality. Homemade is always the best whether it was a total scratch dish or a twist of scratch and ready made the quality is always same. We get to taste mamas love and dads hard work in the form of spending to buy the stuff.
So here is a dessert I invented using ingredients from my fridge and the pantry.
Trust me its delicious.
Oh you get vegan marshmallows anywhere? Just use them if your vegetarian or start hunting now.
