Teriyaki beef is always a favorite. This recipe is a no-brainer, quick and easy, and exceptionally good.
Ingredients
- 3 pounds of beef loin flap meat
- ½ bottle Soy Vay Veri Veri teriyaki sauce
- A 1 gallon ziplock bag
Directions
- 1Put the flap meat and the sauce in a ziplock bag. Zip it shut and squish the meat around so that all the pieces are fully covered in sauce. Put in the refrigerator to marinate 1 hour or up to 24 hours.
- 2Heat the grill to medium high. Grill 3-4 minutes on one side. Flip and grill another 2-3 minutes on the other side.
