1 pound medium cooked shrimp, 1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes, halved, 2 stalks celery, chopped,

1 pinch saffron (optional), 1 cup white wine, divided, 2 T olive oil, 4-5 cloves garlic, 1

2 cloves garlic, finely choppped, 2 T lime juice, 2 T Spanish Jerez vinegar, ½ t ground cumin,
