This is a very basic chia seed recipe to which you can add a whole bunch of things such as peanut butter, nuts, chocolate chips, berries, etc. You can also make it with any milk such as cow's milk, coconut or almond milk as well, depending on your preference or whether you want to make this a vegan recipe. I hope you enjoy this recipe just as it is or as a base recipe :) 

Ingredients

  • 30 g chia seeds
  • 100 ml coconut milk (but you can use any kind)
  • 30 g chocolate protein powder
  • 150 ml water (you can also just use milk here instead of the water)
  • 1 Tbsp desiccated coconut
  • 1 Tbsp crushed nuts (i used cashews) (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter (optional)

Directions

  • 1Start by blending the milk, water and protein powder totgether.
  • 2Add the other ingredients (including any add ons you might want to add to this recipe) into a large mug and leave overnight in the fridge.
  • 3Enjoy it for breakfast and top with banana or nuts.
