Ingredients
- For Salmon
- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 tablespoon oil
- Salt to taste
- Bourbon Glaze
- 1 cup bourbon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbs honey
- 1 tsp ground mustard
Directions
- 1Season both sides of salmon with salt and pepper.
- 2Put all bourbon glaze ingredients in a saucepan and simmer for about 12 min. Glaze salmon.
- 3Preheat a grill to medium-high. Add the salmon on the grill; cook, turning once, until browned on the outside and opaque in the center, 4 to 6 minutes per side.
- 4Place the salmon fillet on top of avocado and tomato puree (optional).
- 5Garnish with pea sprouts. Enjoy!
