a healthy dessert easy to make and with lots of taste. when apricots are in season around June , July in my country, Greece, small apricots are used for this desert, fun to have as a snack or a after dinner desert, out in our patio having good time with friends
Ingredients
- 16 apricots
- 200 grs Greek soft with cheese name anthotiro ( use any other soft local cheese that it is available in your own country)
- 4 tablespoon home made cherry sirop and 32 pitsachio nuts
Directions
- 1wash and dry the apricots, open in half and get rid of the stones
- 2with the help of a fork melt the soft cheese, until this is flaaffy and firm,with the help of a tea spoon fill the half apricots with this soft cheese mixture , carefully add the sirop on top and decorate with the pitsachio nuts , chill before serving
