Ingredients
- Peppercorns- 20
- Dry Red chillies-4-5
- Whole cloves-12
- Fennel seeds- 1tsp
- Fenugreek seeds- 1tsp
- Cumin seeds- 2tbsp
- Coriander seeds- 4tbsp
- Cinnamon stick- 1 inch
- Green cardamom- 4
Directions
- 1Heat a pan and toss all the spices and toast for 2-3 mins, till aromatic.
- 2Allow to cool and grind to a fine powder. Label and store in airtight container.
