Ingredients
- Fresh green Lettace
- 1/2 Avocado
- Cucumber
- Lightly salted Portuguese Tuna
- Herb sour cream sauce
Directions
- 1Break shards of green Lettace into medium strips.
- 2Slice (approximately 12 cm long )cucumber into circular pieces and cut into halves.
- 3Open the slightly salted Portagese Tuna dispense the water residue.
- 4Cut out (approximately 6) stripes of the half Avocado.
- 5Mix all ingredients into a container. There after dress with the Herb Sour Cream sauce.
