Ingredients

  • Cherry Tomatoes
  • Egg
  • Cucumber
  • Caprano Cheese
  • Pro-Vita
  • Tender chicken breast strips (packaged)
  • Italian Herbs

Directions

  • 1Boil 1/2 eggs into a pot of water for 5 min( for very runny yolk )or 7 min( barley-set yolk).
  • 2Once the egg/s has boiled place into a cold water jug/bowl for 1 min, thereafter( after peeling the egg) cut the egg/s in half.
  • 3Slice: 3 cherry tomatoes into half, approximately 15 cm of cucumber into 5 circular pieces and 2/3 tranches of Caprano Cheese.
  • 4Start plating the sliced cherry tomatoes,tranches of Caprano cheese, 5 circular cucumber pieces, tender chicken breast strips, 2 Pro-Vita biscuits and Halved egg/s. Lastly (this is optional) garnish Italian Herbs (much enjoyed on the cucumber and Tender chicken breast strips).
