Ingredients

  • 1 Raw potato
  • Mayonnaise
  • Thyme
  • Spreadable goat cheese
  • 2 Ham slices
  • 2 Wholegrain Cracker Breads

Directions

  • 1Fill water into a 2-Quarter sauce pan.Initiate the burner ,on the stove, on high and bring water to boiling.
  • 2Reduce the heat to medium low. Peel the raw potato and slice into 8 cube divisions.
  • 3Place the potato divisions into the gentle boiling water(pan) and cook until tender for approx. 15/16 min.
  • 4Once the cube divisions are cooked, add 2 spoons of mayonnaise and garnish with thyme.
  • 5Place 2 ham slices onto 2 wholegrain cracker breads and spread spreadable approx. 2 tsps. of goat cheese onto the 2 ham slices.
  • 6Place the dressed potato cubes onto the crackers and indulge!!
