Ingredients
- 1/2 cup ground sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers, red, yellow, green
- 1/2 chopped onion
- salt to taste
- oil for fryng
Directions
- 1In a pan, fry ground sunflower till lightly browned.
- 2Add onion salt and peppers.
- 3Continue stirring for 5 mins . Add 1 tblsp water and stir til mince consistency is formed.
