Chicken Jalfrezi is another south asian dish which I was taught by my sister in law. People usually use ready made masala packets for this dish but I will share a no packet masala recipe with you.

Tender juicy chunks of chicken cooked in spicy tomato sauce with bell peppers and onion. Its quick and easy to make on special occasions or when you are just craving for some spicy asian curry. It can be eaten with plain boiled rice or naan.

Firstly, chop your bell pepper and onion into cubes. Take about half cup of blended yogurt, add quarter tsp red chili powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder. Toss the bell pepper and onions in the yogurt mixture. Keep aside.
